The production of nets for ski slopes used in international competitions such as the Word Cup Skiing, world championships and winter Olympics is wide.
These nets are divided into three categories: type A for protection from precipices and slopes, type B for protection and delimitation and type C for delimitation.
Type A nets have a standard dimension mf 4 meters high and lengths on request. They are certified according to the UNI EN 1263/1 standards, produced with braids in HD polyethylene with a diameter of 5 mm, with knotted mesh from 5 to 10 cm, red yarn treated with UV stabilization and a rope of mm. 12 along the perimeter to be fixed.
The type B nets are fixed to the ground with stakes and positioned near the A-type ones or along the ski slopes and are in pieces of 15/20 meters in length for height 2 meters, braid diameter mm. 3.5 complete with sewn on perimeter reinforcement.
The type C nets are purely of delimitation and have fixed dimensions of mt. 25 × 1.20, mesh cm. 10 × 10, diameter mm. 2.5.
